The “Loutraki Family House” is a beautiful penthouse apartment in the best area of Loutraki. It is the top flat in a building with seven floors. The building is from 1985 and has a lift.
The apartment has electrical heating and air-conditions and can be used all year.
The apartment is approx. 80 m2 and the balcony approx. 20 m2, which means its big enough to dine, sunbath or just relax while the children are playing.
The seaview is astonishing. Looking over the Corinthian Gulf one gets the feeling of freedom. The natural light which shines in the apartment is amazing and so is the sunset, whether you watch it inside from the hammock or out on the balcony.
INSIDE
- The living-room
From the living-room one has great view over the sea. There are sofas (one of which can easily be converted into a doublebed) and a low table. There is a TV and a DVD-player.
There is also a wooden table suitable as “office-table”.
- Internet access
We do not provide internet access or a telephone line in the apartment. Loutraki City provides a free WIFI Internet access service in most of the city, but unfortunately the signal doesn’t reach the apartment. If access needed in the partment and your phone does’t do the job, you can chose to buy a “mobile internet access - USB stick” for the period of time you wish, at one of the providers (several available in Loutraki).
- The kitchen
The kitchen , “dining room, “office-table” and the living room are all en-suite, which allows the light to shine through the whole apartment. The kitchen has refrigiator, a freezer, electric hotplates, an oven, a microwave oven, a hot water boiler, caffee mashine, dishes, cops, glasses, cutlety, pots and pans, etc.
Next to the kitchen is the fire place. Here is a round table suitable for dining for 4-6 persons. If more dinner space needed, it is possible to unite it with the table on the balcony. There are 6 chair and a children’s chair (“Stokke trip-trap”). This is also where the CD-player / radio is placed.
- The children’s room
this room has a beautiful view over the sea. It has a bunk bed (for two children/youngsters) and a wooden crypt for babies until approx. 3 years old. We have a baby alarm if you need one.
There are plenty of wooden toys, dolls, puzzles and other games to discover. The majority of the toys are for children between 3- 10.
- The “Master” bedroom
In this room there is no furnitures but a double bed. This room is facing the mountain and can get completly dark. There are plenty of closets. You will find all the blankets, sheets, duvet covers, extra pillows etc.
- The bathroom
The bathroom has a bathtub, 2 toilet seats (one regular and one for small childen), washing mashine, towels, and a changing table for the small ones.
- Extra bed
There is an extra “weekend” bed, which can be placed anywhere, except of the “master bedroom”.

- Towels, sheets, blankets, pillows etc available for all the beds.
- A small fireplace inside, barbecue on the balcony.
- BEST TIME: any time of the year. Since it has electrical heating and air-condition, every time of the year is brilliant to explore this beautiful par of Greece.
- A perfect “point of departure / base” for going on 1-day excursions.
